At Crystal Current, the customer experience is our pride and joy. After many years of research and development, we’ve launched the exclusive magnetic clasp technology for a more durable and long-wearing product.
The magnetic clasp products have a 3 year warranty, kindly fill out the Service Request form above and we will be happy to review and send you instructions on shipping your piece to Crystal Current for repair.
If you purchased a classic Crystal Current piece within the last 6 months at $80 or higher, please fill out the service request form to find out more information about repairing your piece.
